Web Testers Questionnaire

The South Carolina Web Testers Program, directed by the SC Assistive Technology Program (SCATP), has developed a questionnaire that testers use to evaluate websites. SCATP has put the questionnaire on its website along with explanations of the issues addressed in each question and links for further study.

On September 28, 2009, the SC Assistive Technology Advisory Committee held a statewide conference entitled "The Real World of Web/IT Accessibility and Assistive Technology." It included demonstrations and by people who use assistive technology to access electronic information. During the lunch break, these individuals were interviewed about their experiences in using assistive technology to access the web and how website design affects that experience for good and bad.
